Clonality Testing

Clonality testing is a molecular method to differentiate reactive from neoplastic lymphoid proliferations if light microscopic assessment is equivocal. Clonality testing requires the integration of clinical, morphological and immunophenotypical data and is therefore highly dependent on the training and experience of the interpreter.
